"Pretty easy to use, surprisingly"
I went on novica.com looking for a gift, and the site was easy to get around. I’m usually a little skeptical when websites sound too polished or make everything feel like some big curated experience, but this one mostly just worked. The filters did what I needed, pages loaded fast enough, and checkout was straightforward. I didn’t end up clicking around confused, which is more than I can say for a lot of shopping sites.

"Honestly, I just felt good buying from here"
I’ve ordered from novica a few times now, the thing that got me right away was knowing the money actually goes to the artisans making the pieces. It just feels better than buying some random mass-produced thing, you know? The stuff I got felt personal and special, like there was a real story behind it. Shipping did take a little while, but I wasn’t too surprised by that. Everything arrived packed really nicely and felt totally worth the wait. I’d definitely order again because it just feels good supporting something like this.

I’m really happy with what I got! The handmade pieces were even nicer than I expected, and everything looked just like the photos. Shipping was smooth too, so overall it was a great little surprise.

I did end up getting my refund, but it took longer than I expected. Support responded when I reached out, but the replies weren’t exactly quick, and I was never really sure what the next step was or how long I was supposed to wait. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been clearer and smoother.

I really like that NOVICA tells you where the items come from and who made them. It makes the whole thing feel more personal than just ordering some random factory-made stuff online. My order was good quality too, which was a relief. I’ll admit, I don’t always care that much about the backstory when I’m shopping, but here it actually made me feel better about the purchase. It may not be the cheapest option, but I still felt good buying from them.

i ordered this from NOVICA and the fit ended up being just right. i was a little nervous it might run small, but the size chart was actually really accurate. no strange tight spots or awkward fit anywhere. i’m really happy with it and would definitely order my usual size again.

I ordered a gift from Novica and ended up having to reach out to customer service because the tracking just wasn’t moving. They did get back to me, but it took a couple of days, so I was basically sitting there wondering what was going on. Maybe they were backed up or dealing with shipping delays, I’m not really sure, but it definitely felt a little slow.
Once they finally replied, they were nice and explained the situation clearly. The package did show up in the end, just later than I was hoping since it was meant to be a gift. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do think they could improve how quickly they respond when customers are waiting on an update

Had a little issue at first, and I was a bit annoyed because I was trying to get it sorted before heading out to run a couple errands. Support did end up fixing it though, so in the end everything worked out fine.
